Agreeing with Mark, I can feel a difference.
We switched out Cardio with Plyometrics. Super hard, but great great and goes by fast. We're considering moving Cardio into Yoga's place because that Yoga is. . . . it's not relaxing, and it's super hard. I kind of want to keep it, but we'll see. I will stick with Yoga this week. Cardio just seemed like Kenpo + Yoga, and I wanted a better workout today.
I feel like my quads are already becoming beasts lol. Need to work on my core and my hammys and my ARMS. I neeeeeed the upper body strength like woah. And rock climbing tomorrow, yikes!
I am SO glad we're doing this, I feel great about the day when I know I've done my workout. Woo!
