Team Exploding High-Five is getting hotter!

Yea! I love working out :) We did AWESOME in Shoulders&Arms today. Gotta go to Dick's and get 8, 10, and 12lbs!!

I think we might switch out Yoga, also. It's hard but I don't feel like I'm doing much. And we NEED cardio to get rid of my tummy fluff.

Drinking V8 Fusion! And OJ! WOOOO!!!

Wedding, here we come... no more MUH. I have to say, last week this time was failboat. This week is woot. I DID 50 MASON TWISTS TODAY IN AB RIPPER. HOLLA!

That burn feels nice

Agreeing with Mark, I can feel a difference.
We switched out Cardio with Plyometrics. Super hard, but great great and goes by fast. We're considering moving Cardio into Yoga's place because that Yoga is. . . . it's not relaxing, and it's super hard. I kind of want to keep it, but we'll see. I will stick with Yoga this week. Cardio just seemed like Kenpo + Yoga, and I wanted a better workout today.

I feel like my quads are already becoming beasts lol. Need to work on my core and my hammys and my ARMS. I neeeeeed the upper body strength like woah. And rock climbing tomorrow, yikes!

I am SO glad we're doing this, I feel great about the day when I know I've done my workout. Woo!

IN Team #2: IT Burns!

Chest and Back - Round 2!
I can feel myself getting stronger and it shows in the numbers. The numbers are nothing to brag about but I can feel a difference.

It's looking like the second week is going to be much better.
Lets keep it up.


Week 2, we can do this!

Hard to get out of bed this morning.
Core Syn goes by really fast! We had to do Kenpo in the morning though because we had friends over this weekend.
I think I want to add in some Plyometrics because that workout SUCKS in a good way lol. Maybe instead of Cardio because that one isn't as intense.
I need to buy more weights :(

I can't WAIT for Day 90, I'm gonna be hot!

And I'm not dieting, but I am eating healthier. Which is nice. Cutting back on eating out (money sucks) and on eating bad foods.

IN Team, you can do it! Just keep on!

Get this: all those infomercial people are like "We're 50 and why didn't we do this earlier?!" but we are in our 20s!!! We're supposed to be hot right now, and we are SO going to be lol! We're starting a healthy lifestyle early. We getting exercise into our routine early in life so we can keep being healthy for a long long time. Helll yeah.

Or we might try to do Kenpo ++ day 1 stuff... But we work out at 6pm, I can't do 2.25 hrs of that.. Maybe we'll do some treadmilling.

Bad IN team!

We failed to work out Sunday due to feeling like butt.
And we failed to work out yesterday due to taking 3 hrs to get groceries and get stuck in the ice & snow!!! NOOOOOES.

So, today is core synergistics again. We're gonna try to get back on track this coming weekend! And Mark is on chest & back & ab ripper. I think I'll do core + ab ripper also...MAYBE. It might kill me.


Still haven't done kenpo :( I told Mark that if we don't get in 90 days then we stay fat. Tony is evil like that. "Oh, you missed a day? You didn't..BRING IT?!? I'm gonna use YOU as an exercise ball."

Didn't manage to get the workout in yesterday because of unexpected visitors working on the larp with us...
so we did kenpo this morning and doing core synergistics tonight.

I'm gonna go check on teh kids!

Went on another long walk today, good times. Kenpo and abs tonight, our rest day was yesterday.
I'm excited for week two!
How's it going Team IN? AWESOMELY?! Your "x" pictures rock. SO STRONG!
I need to be careful about my knee though. 

And being on the red + P90X is sucky. The end.
