I'm feeling a little better about P90X....I think I can make it all the way through.
The first week is always the worst so it only getting easier.

NC Team: Day 3

I walked ~6miles at Lake Johnson. And then did Shoulders + Arms and Ab Ripper X. STUPID IDEA. I need to buy some more weights, and I need to not over do. Wednesdays especially-- Rock Climbing class.

UGH. Let's hope I'll be okay for Yoga tomorrow because that is some hard stuff.

IN Team: Day 2 Plyometrics ....not possible right now

Plyometrics.....had to stop and jump over to the Cardio X with Laura. Plyo is no joke! That is an intense workout and all I did was the warm up. 2 mins of lunges....in the WARM UP!

Team Exploding High-Five: Day 2

Mark couldn't handle the Plyometrics; that's what killed me last time I tried P90X. I cried after 20min.
So, he hung out w/me in the Cardio X room. Still SO HARD. I had brain trouble with all the jabs and kicks. It's like starting the Wii Fit punching bag.. Very confusing.

I complained and my head really hurt, and my face turned all red :(. I really think getting up at 6am with NO FOOD in my tummy is a horrible way to work out. We might try working out after we get home? Not sure.

Team NC has the advantage -- NO 8-5 JOBS with meetings & lots of projects, plus a 30min drive home.


Weather: rain. 32 degrees. Dog licks.

I was so hungry after workout. UGH.
Abs are killin', but that's a good thing.

P90x - Just keep pressing <>. It gets easier every day!

Day 1 (we failed to start yesterday...we'll pick up an extra day probably Sunday):
I started Core Synergistics. Didn't do the "bonus round". Running push-ups are damn near impossible right now. Same with prison push-ups. I like Bow to Boat and Superman-Banana the best.
Zen & Mel helped supervise. Oh and NO WAYS to the Dreya Roll. Unless it's sushi, I'm not trying it.
6:30-7:30am -- complete.

Still no wedding venue set. OY!

Rough workout to start into, the Core Synergistics. Jesse did it as well. We survived, but can definitely see the need for working out. I cannot WAIT to not be out of breath and to do these spot on. 
Goals: Better hip raises, bananas/bows/boats/supermans, and EVENTUALLY be able to do the chaturanga run lol. Let's do this! And GO TEAM NC AND IN!
