In Team #2: DAY 3 :600lb head full on nothing

Shoulder & Arms is a great work out :)
My abs hurt from AB Ripper X :(

I'm feeling a little better about P90X....I think I can make it all the way through.
The first week is always the worst so it only getting easier.
