Rough workout to start into, the Core Synergistics. Jesse did it as well. We survived, but can definitely see the need for working out. I cannot WAIT to not be out of breath and to do these spot on.
Goals: Better hip raises, bananas/bows/boats/supermans, and EVENTUALLY be able to do the chaturanga run lol. Let's do this! And GO TEAM NC AND IN!
