I walked ~6miles at Lake Johnson. And then did Shoulders + Arms and Ab Ripper X. STUPID IDEA. I need to buy some more weights, and I need to not over do. Wednesdays especially-- Rock Climbing class.
UGH. Let's hope I'll be okay for Yoga tomorrow because that is some hard stuff.
